1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to review and verification.

2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable when:

  • The service was not delivered as booked.
  • The provider failed to show up without proper rescheduling.
  • There was clear evidence of incomplete or poor service.

3. Refund Process: To initiate a refund, contact our support team within 48 hours after the scheduled service. Provide details, including booking ID, issue description, and supporting evidence (if any).

4. Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after service delivery.
  • Failure to provide accurate booking information.
  • Delays caused by weather or other uncontrollable circumstances.

5. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method (Mpesa or card).
